A look back....

I absolutely LOVE being in this quilting bee.  It's amazing to have the opportunity to connect with such talented and creative quilters.  Here's a look back at this past year's blocks:

May 2013 through October 2013

November 2013 through April 2014

Dutch Rose
These are the blocks from my queen month.  I really like the look of the vintage sheets.
I'm looking forward to putting these incredible blocks together soon.

If you would like to see more, I have pictures of every block I've made for this bee (going back to the beginning) in this album.

Now, I'm looking forward to the next year!

Saturday, April 5th
from 10 - 2pm at:

The Hartley House

We will be having a great presentation by Rachel May,
author of Quilting with a Modern Slant!
(so excited!)

Here are a few reminders:

1.  bring your scraps, brights and low volume, and hand sewing supplies.  We will continue working on our group EPP baby quilt together.  Jessica will give  a quick refresher and bring the templates and clips.

2.  bring your Block Lotto - 9.5" nine patches in polka dots, one raffle ticket for each block made.  We'll decide at the meeting if we divide them in two lots, depending on how many we get.

3.  bring your donations baby quilts

4.  We are raffling off Our Michael Miller and Quarter Circle  group quilts, bring cash for tickets, $2 each or 3 for $5.  (exact change appreciated).  The raffle will be at June meeting.

5.  If you signed up for the May 3rd sew-in at City Quilter, please bring $35 in cash to secure your spot.  I have one spot left for a machine and a couple of hand sewing spots.

6.  Bring your lunch and snacks!

The Brooklyn Quilt Show is also this weekend,
so you may want to consider going there after our meeting.
I'll have details at the meeting.

Can't wait to see all of you Mods!!!  Can spring really be on it's way?
